Dr. Yelena Yurchenko, DDS

Only started seeing this 'dentidt' 11/22. Friendly but poor communication skill and patience. Does not listen when legitimately complaining, raises voice. Argues with staff while working on teeth! Info sent to insurance for work inaccurate which lead to numerous denials. Had a tooth entered to insurance for work that was never discussed with me. I guess she thought I was too stupid to understand the denial letter with false info. Keeps making excuses for error sent to insurance. No one knows what the heck they're doing in that office. It's a joke, a big inconvenience so now I must find another dentist! I do not would not recommend anyone to see this woman!

Very rude, I felt like I was in the Soviet Union. This person is very greedy for insurance. As soon as she saw that I was young and said that I needed only one procedure, she was so rude to me and told me not to come to them again. I was in shock, the first time I see such rudeness!!!!!!

Dr. Yurchenko is a great Dentist. She explains everything to you, she is straight forward and gets the job done. I had several procedures done, and I didn't feel any pain. She's quick and thorough and talks to you. I would recommend her to everyone. The office needs to be updated, the staff is friendly and caring. I am more concerned about the service. I felt in love with her personality, straight to the point approach, steady hands and great knowledge. Strongly recommend her. You will never be disappointed. I am glad that I finally found my dentist. She is a professional whom i can trust.

She's done multiple root canals on me and not once have I felt pain aside from the pinch of the lidocaine shot. She's a superb dentist.
