Dr. Yiming King, DMD

I was referred to Dr. King by my dentist for a failed root canal (25 years ago). I was dreading the visit and expected a couple of hours in the dental chair. Happy to say that it took less than 40 minutes and was painless and stress free. It was a 2 part procedure and I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said it was almost pleasant. Dr. King was friendly, gentle and explained everything he was going to do. I would not hesitate to go back and can enthusiastically recommend him.

Amazing staff. The woman I spoke to helped me and got me an appointment ASAP ...I look forward to meeting and having Dr. King help me. I cried all weekend and experienced so much pain. I have a root canal that was poorly done by another dentist. Dr. King has taken the time to educate me about the current situation and what the best course of action is at this point. I am very cynical when it comes to doctors in general, however Dr. King and his staff have made me as comfortable as possible. It is becoming clear that they sincerely care about their patients and the work they do. I am grateful for them and am less stressed for the work that remains to be done.

Excellent, sensitive, knowledgeable. I had a root canal. He squeezed me in because I was leaving in a week for a 7-week cruise.

Although I assume that Dr. King does very good work, communication with him and his staff has been exasperating! In my 74 years, I have never experienced such poor communication with any doctor’s office. On my last visit, he said I was done, and he was referring me to an oral surgeon. It took almost four weeks for Dr. King’s office to send the necessary information to the oral surgeon’s office, and that only happened because I called Dr. King’s office many times. The front desk person NEVER called me back when she said she would. At one point she said that he thought I’d already gone to the oral surgeon! What? Next I got a call from my dentist’s office, saying that they got a letter from Dr. King, stating that I needed to come to their office to complete the root canal. Huh? I had been told that it was done, and no one ever told me I would have to go to my dentist to get the permanent filling! (I thought I already had a temporary one before the last visit.) Unconscionable!

Dr King is excellent at what he does, very professional, may not be as “warm and fuzzy” as some may prefer (u want a koala or a skilled doctor) but personable, friendly and conscientious.

I was in a panic state all morning worrying about pain.... well didn't feel a thing..........amazing.....not one medication was needed. and I am old too.........100 percent.......

Without a doubt Dr. King is a savoir. After seeing my dentist and, told to get a root canal, he took me as an emergency patient. After a long weekend of agony, he masterfully fixed my problem tooth. A true hero so to say. Thank you !

I don't like going to any dentist. With that said Dr. King was excellent. NO PAIN AT ALL. my root canal went very smoothly. He explained everything in detail. He does GREAT work. I highly recommend him.

Dr. King is a God when it comes to Root Canal's, my tooth was so hot and infected I went to him and with 1 hour I felt so much better. I can't Thank him enough one of the best dentist out there.. The staff is wonderful, friendly and kind. They called me to check up on me I loved it. thank you all again!!! Anna M

Advanced Endodontics did unnecessary work on a tooth that was cracked "to the floor" (their term) and not saveable. This was apparently very obvious in the x-ray. The associate endo who was going to do the work I heard say to Dr. King on the phone that she could see it was cracked to the floor and the exploratory didn't seem worth doing. He told her to do the exploratory anyway. She even asked me "are you sure you want to do this". I've never had this type of problem and didn't now what any of t

I have dental anxiety to begin with, and being sent to an endodontist was scary as all get out! The office staff was wonderful at easing my fears, and then Dr. King himself! He is very easy to talk to, answers all questions, no matter how trivial, and took the time to help me relax, and even find alternative treatments! Dr. King and his staff are non judgmental and are aware of the high cost of health care, specifically dental care.
