I feel like family in this office. It’s close to home, they always answer my calls they work diligently with the insurance company, which for me has been a nightmare, but Lili the receptionist has been able to care of all of it for me, she is amazing. They are always available. The ladies that work with Dr Phen are super sweet. And even under their mask I can see them smile. George who also works in the office is very attentive when working with me. My dentist was recommend by my cousin. I had not been to a dentist in at least 18 years because of bad experiences. I love Dr Phen. She has time for you, explains everything, has a cute sense of humor and will take her time when she is working on you. Every dental procedure that I have had has gone great. She answers all my questions and treats me with respect and kindness. I wish I had known about her earlier. If you’re looking for an outstanding dentist, Dr Phen is it. I highly recommend her. Give them a call.

the receptionist is extremely rude

First time patient, the office staff was rude in setting my appointment and in validation of my insurance. I was close to telling her to forget it. Glad I went I loved the staff and Dr! When I arrived off staff was still rude. I wonder how many customers the lose? I do highly recommend Dr Phen! I will go back. Office staff is the only reason for two stars.....it should be a 5

Dr Phen is the dentist for my whole family and we are all very pleased for her professional services. She is always very kind and gentle, making sure that you are not feeling any pain. The staff is very sweet and very accommodating with our busy schedule. We have been seeing Dr Phen since 2005 and we are very happy with all the procedures we've done

I agree the front desk lady is rude as...., but I will not let her keep me from seeing Dr. Phen. She's kind and very gentle. Gentle is so important to me because I'm scared of dental work pain! I can deal with the front desk pain.

The office staff is always rude. Whether you call or in person, the lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. Although I love Dr. Phen, dealing with the front desk has made it very difficult to continue going to this office.

She is friendly, accommodating, professional. Dr. Phen is very patient, spends time to explain procedures , also becomes the dental hygienist when her dental hygienist is not available.

Dr Phen is the quintessential practitioner of perfection within dentistry. I have known Dr Phen for many years and my personal experiences within her practice have been truly exceptional. I have been a patient of Dr. Phen almost as long as she has been at her current location. I have always tried to take good care of my teeth. The key to being successful in that endeavor is an excellent dentist. In addition to being skilled, gentle, and surprisingly strong (important for extracting wisdom teeth), Dr Phen is kind, very patient, thorough in explaining work that needs to be done. I have been using Dr Phen for ten years !! Not only do I use her but my wife and two kids. She is extremely professional and does a great job! We love the staff. Not only are they friendly but very professional and our wait time is almost none existent !! I always recommend my Friends and Family!

When no one in your family complains about going to the dentist, you know you have found the perfect dentist. Dr Phen is a great dentist. She is very quick and performs her job with minimal pain and discomfort. Her staff is very diligent with the appointments and all the insurance issues. Two thumps up !!!

Office staff is no good at all. She always talk people so bad. Other Dental staff told me she makes trouble a lot. Office is small and too cold inside

Great Doctor but Office person is so rude. I went there few times Dr Phen is the great doctor. But Office Acceptance woman is always mean and rude. I saw so many problem at the office with other customers. Last time She try charge me more than I must pay.(She try to sale expensive things) I am so upset for this. I won't go there anymore.
