Dr. Yukti Gulati, DDS

I made an appointment for my 87 year old Mom. She suffers from dementia and i have taken care of her for past 15 years. The admin staff was wonderful. Liz was excellent. I filled out the forms and left her for her checkup, xrays, and hopefully a cleaning. She was in no pain, but i was told it was unlikely she could get a cleaning same day. I got a call she was done with her exam, and that the Dr would like to put a single denture in. Over the phone i said no; as i know my mother would either lose it or not wear it. I was told well the Dr would like to speak to you about it. I said, 'sounds good.' I then return to the office. The Dr. proceeds to tell me, my Mom has one loose filling, she needs a deep cleaning but before anything she needs to have a single denture made. I said, 'she wont wear it.' She said, 'well she said she would.' I said, 'She cant remember to take a shower or how to lock her door.' She said, ' I understand but she said she would.' I said, ' no you don't understand.'

Needed a crown replaced. She billed my insurance company and a few weeks later billed me for $850. Could not solve this problem and put it on my credit card. Many, many weeks later I still don't have my permanent crown on.....they can't seem to build one that fits me.... Stay away from this "non-medical thieve"
