I work with adults, adolescents, couples, families, on issues such as depression, anxiety, life changes, cutting and self-esteem. Bringing you along the path you have chosen and helping you seek out your own answers.

Most people enter therapy for help in their relationships; low self-esteem; difficulties in dealing with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, or or work related issues. I am honored to be in a profession dedicated to helping people struggling with difficult and painful issues make the changes necessary to lead a more productive, meaningful , and happy life. I have been in practice for over 27 years with individuals, families, and couples. We work on creating a balance for more healing.
