I grew up playing sports and played softball at Stony Brook University (D1) for 4 years. While playing in college I sustained injuries and spent time with orthopedic surgeons and PT which really initiated my interest in Orthopedics and showed me the importance of a good patient/provider relationship which I hope to have with our patients. Patient autonomy and providing clear education and treatment options to patients is of the utmost importance to the way I practice medicine.

My philosophy of care is to deliver compassionate, culturally-focused medical care with an emphasis on preventative health and continuity of care to build lasting and deep relationships with each patient.
