Dr. Strutt relocated to Denver after completing two Fellowships in Minimally Invasive Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando (Orlando Regional Medical Center) in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Strutt completed his General Surgery Residency at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Strutt received his medical degree from Saba University, and undergraduate degree from Northeastern University. Originally from South Africa, Dr. Strutt moved to the United States when he was in high school. Dr. Strutt specializes in colon and rectal surgery, with an emphasis on cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and diverticulitis. He offers broad experience in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, as well as traditional surgery. Dr. Strutt also performs colonoscopies and manages all aspects of anal rectal diseases, including hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, and fecal incontinence. Dr. Strutt has published and presented nationally on the surgical treatment of various colorectal diseases.

Dr. Newman's strives to use the most current and cutting-edge techniques to get his patients back to sports or work as quickly as possible. He is a conservative surgeon, and will only recommend surgery for those cases that truly require surgery. He is adept at many non-operative treatments, including PRP (platelet rich plasma), injections, and specific physical therapy plans that can often avoid the need for surgery. When surgery is required, he uses the most up-to-date and minimally invasive treatment options. He invests significant time in education, and in putting together a comprehensive total care plan. He also follows his patients and tracks their results in order to ensure that they are successful.

Dr. Przylecki strives to provide his patients with accurate information about their condition and diagnosis and works with his patients to accomplish a desired goal. Diagnosis and treatment options are thoroughly discussed to ensure each patient and family are able to make the best informed decisions possible. He discusses treatment options and uses his clinical judgment, surgical skill and experience to deliver the best patient care possible.

To Dr. Pulikkottil, plastic reconstructive surgery is the perfect mesh of art, creativity, technical mastery, and full attention to the patient. These complex forces resonate within him and push him to continuously perfect his craft. His approach is evident in both his masterful results and in the glowing testimonials he has received from patients all over the country. He has been the medical director of the burn & Reconstructive unit at Swedish Medical Center for nearly a decade. He has been instrumental in obtaining verification for this unit by the American Burn Association. He tries to take care of patients like family and is a true master of his craft.

Dr. Mubarak was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994 and obtained his medical degree in 1999 from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Michigan State University and his Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Mubarak's interests include open and endovascular surgery. Dr. Mubarak is the son of Fayzeh and Asa'ad Mubarak, MD former thoracic and general surgeon at Lutheran Medical Center and he is married to Leslie Rose who practices as a rheumatologist in Denver. Dr. Mubarak enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and training for Ironmans of which he has completed three.

I am primarily interested in the orthopaedic care of the multiply injured patient. I specialize in fractures of the acetabulum, pelvis, and in periarticular fractures of the upper and lower extremities. I have a special interest in minimally invasive fracture fixation, utilizing techniques to minimize trauma to the surrounding soft tissue envelope in the course of fracture surgery.
