Figuring out what it is that we see as our purpose, and whether or not what we are doing lines up with that, is a huge step in understanding the possible dissonance we are experiencing. Pair this understanding with the tools we need to navigate, informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am hopeful that together, we will be able to make change.
