Dr. Cadungog is a member of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the Helen F. Graham Center and serves as the Director of Robotic Surgery for the Christiana Care Health System. He joined Christiana after completing his fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2008.Dr. Cadungog earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 2001 where he also served as the chapter president of Alpha Omega Alpha, the Honor Medical Society. He performed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the New York University School of Medicine from 2001- 2005. Dr. Cadungog graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1997 with a BS in chemical engineering.He performs open radical surgical procedures for a range of gynecologic malignancies as well as advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery including cancer staging and radical hysterectomy. He prescribes, administers and follows patients requiring chemotherapy for advanced or recurrent malignancies, or those at a high risk of recurrence.Dr. Cadungog is board certified in Gynecologic Oncology was well as Obstetrics and Gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a full member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists.
