As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, I have been working in the fields of substance abuse treatment and mental health since 2018. My areas of expertise include trauma, complex trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, self-esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, identity development, and career counseling. I am experienced in both individual and group counseling, having led groups on Seeking Safety (trauma and substance use), domestic violence, anger management, life skills, relapse prevention, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

My clinical experience has afforded me to work seamlessly with adults, children, couples, and families.
