Hi, my name is Kristi Skeem, and have been in Counseling for over 15 years. I have a bachelors degree in Human Services Mgt., I have a Masters Degree in Counseling, and I have a doctorate degree in Business Administration with Industrial/Organizational Psychology specialization. I have worked with very diverse populations from those who are affluent and influential; and everyone in between. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to brief counseling to tackle life dilemmas. My treatment approach of cognitive behavioral therapy offers empowerment to individuals to take control of their life, understanding how core beliefs are developed, where they come from, and how they are generating thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and ultimately all outcomes.
