Dr. Ashford is a 2010 graduate of the LSU School of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. Dr. Ashford was recognized for his selection of Chief Resident for the year 2009-2010. He was also recognized as having the best obstetrics and gynecology research project; ``Advancing Minimally Invasive Gynecology Worldwide,`` and as a result Dr. Ashford has been selected for special resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology. Dr. Ashford received a 2010 membership by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopist. Dr. Ashford graduated from Xavier University of New Orleans in Biology/Pre Medicine in 2002 and LSU School of Medicine, New Orleans Louisiana in 2006.

Dr. Wiedemann earned his undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA and his medical degree in 1984 from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.
