In many cases some of these studies have already been done before your first appointment. Once a diagnosis is made, Dr. Duncan believes that educating his patients about their condition and what outcomes they should expect is paramount. Except in urgent situations, non-surgical treatments usually precedes surgical treatment. If surgery is indicated, Dr. Duncan discusses available surgical options with his patients so that they can make an informed decision about their course of treatment.
