After finishing fellowship, he had worked in inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric settings._x000D_ He is providing tele-psychiatry and in-office appointments in Nashua,NH. Dr. Krishnan focus is primarily psychiatric evaluations/medication management, psychotherapy is occasionally added to his follow up if need be. He will be happy to provide referrals for psychotherapy, if appropriate, as medications-only might not be the best approach for many youths.
