The ability to work closely with patients and with specialists in a variety of fields to solve complex clinical questions draws me to the field of non-malignant hematology. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to train under brilliant thinkers and exceptional role models from whom I have learned the importance of ensuring that each patient truly understands his or her diagnosis and the rationale behind treatment. I am excited to be joining the Department of Hematology at Weill Cornell and look forward to continuing in clinical investigations in hopes of improving diagnosis and treatment in the fields of thrombosis and immune thrombocytopenia. My first priority is the patient sitting in front of me. I have a longstanding interest in cancer care and have been specifically focused on lymphoma since my father was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma when I was a medical student. At Weill Cornell, our experienced team of lymphoma specialists works together to determine the most appropriate therapy for each individual patient. Our group has played a key role in the development of many new therapies approved for lymphoma in recent years. As a result, our patients have early access to new and promising lymphoma treatments. We are fortunate to have a strong team of physician assistants, nurses, medical technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff. This environment enables me to provide my patients with the best possible level of care.

Dr. Kelly Greening graduated from Michigan State University. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan. She completed her Residency and Internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical College and joined Weill Cornell Medicine in 1996. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Greening's practice focuses on the outpatient management of Gynecologic patients as well as the care of pregnant women in the outpatient setting. When her patients are hospitalized they are cared for and delivered by our expert team of Laborists who specialize in the Labor and Delivery aspects of Obstetrical care.

One of the most gratifying aspects of practicing at Weill Cornell has been the close collaborations with talented clinicians and scientists in the diagnosis and management of complex blood disorders. In my new role, I look forward to providing the same personal care to my patients utilizing the latest diagnostic tools and therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Landres offers expertise in all aspects of high risk obstetrics, performs obstetric ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis procedures including amniocentesis, and cerclage placement. Her special interests include management of diabetes in pregnancy, hypertensive disorders, autoimmune disorders and fetal growth restriction. Dr. Landres is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care and supporting her patients throughout pregnancy and post-partum.

Dr. Pri-Paz has stated that the move to join the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College under the guidance of Dr. Frank Chervenak, the Department Chair, is a natural one for him. Dr. Pri-Paz believes in working with his patients to develop a relationship centered around the primary focus of their health. He strives to accomplish this by open communication--listening to patients' needs and providing them with the necessary information and care--so they can make the best possible choices and receive the best possible care.

I have been Service Chief of the BenignHematology Service in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology since 2006. As a clinician, my main interest is in the care of patients with thrombotic and bleeding disorders. As a researcher who conducts clinical trials in Benign Hematology, my interest is in thrombosis and hemostasis, specifically thrombophilic disorders and women's health issues. It is my hope that through dedication to the care of each individual patient, and dedication to research that will ultimately improve that care, we will meet our overall mission of helping our patients to have a better quality of life.

Dr. Julianne Lauring is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She graduated from Boston University and received her M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.She was the Associate Residency Program Director for OB/GYN at Umass Chan Medical school from 2018 to 2020. She was awarded the faculty teaching award at Umass Memorial Health in 2019. She assumed the role of Maternity Center Medical Director at Umass Memorial Health in 2020. During her time, she implemented a significant number of quality improvement projects that improved patient care and patient experience.She is excited to join the team at Weill Cornell Medicine to continue the ongoing work. She is particularly interested in improving the ways we provide care while also enhancing the patient experience and reducing health disparities.

Tracy B Grossman MD MSc is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and Director of the Advanced Women's Imaging and Prenatal Testing Center at New York-Presbyterian- Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. She is also an assistant professor of clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.Along with a passion for ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis, Dr. Grossman is also very interested in neurologic disorders in pregnancy, such as seizure disorders, migraine, and multiple sclerosis. She has written a book chapter for a neurology textbook focusing on multiple sclerosis in pregnant women, has authored many papers about migraine in pregnancy, and is an active member of the American Headache Society's First Contact Headache in Primary Care committee. Her expertise includes obstetric ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis, including procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS) as well as gynecologic ultrasounds and saline infusion sonography (SIS). Dr Grossman also performs termination of pregnancy procedures through the second trimester and is passionate about providing support for women considering termination, as well as education for medical trainees seeking to learn about termination of pregnancy. After graduating from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida, Dr. Grossman completed a Master's Degree in Neuroscience at Columbia University in New York, New York and then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical Center.
