"I believe that pregnancy is a natural if unique phase in a woman's life. My job is to assure that each pregnancy is proceeding normally and intervene if it is not. Many pregnancies are medically straightforward. Some, such as twins or triplets, may be complex from the outset. In others, problems such as high blood pressure or pre-term labor may develop. For over a decade I have been taking care of people with lymphoma. At the end of every visit, I want people to know that I have taken the time to develop the plan that is the best for them. I am fortunate to work in a center where cancer care specialists can work along side experts in every field of medicine to care for the whole person. We are working every day to develop better treatments and integrate them into clinical practice. We have been involved in the development of virtually every drug approved for treatment of lymphoma over the past 15 years, including targeted therapies and immunotherapy. In our labs and our clinics we are developing the drugs of the future. We have made a lot of progress in the way lymphoma is diagnosed and treated, and I am determined to continue developing more effective, less toxic therapies.

Dr. Fridel provides complete care in all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology. She manages normal and high risk pregnancies, performs laparoscopic surgeries for benign gynecologic conditions, provides contraceptive and STD counseling and preventive care for women of all ages from puberty to menopause. She believes in providing a warm, friendly, open and supportive office environment. Dr. Fridel is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish.

Dr. Chen attended the University of Washington's School of Medicine to earn her medical education, after she attended the university's College of Arts and Science, earning her Bachelor's degree in biochemistry. She completed her internship at the Boston University Medical Center, learning about general surgery. Dr. Chen completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the New York Downtown Hospital, where she was named chief resident of her specialty. In 2005, Dr. Chen earned the Marvin Dunn fellowship program, in which she traveled to Shenyang, China. Dr. Chen joins Weill Cornell Medicine after practicing as an OB/GYNgeneralist in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.She is passionate about women's health, and she provides care for patients that experience ectopic or tubal pregnancy, cervical polyps, acne, abnormal pap smears, vaginal discharge, sexual dysfunction, and urinary tract infections.

My main goal as an oncologist is to improve the quality and the duration of life of my patients and, all through their treatment, to develop an environment of compassion and mutual trust. Research in oncology is crucial for improving the prognosis of cancer patients and I have a strong passion for clinical and translational research. Each person is different and I am constantly striving to provide my patients the best personalized oncology care currently available for his or her specific condition. Additionally, I am committed to integrating innovative and more performant diagnostic and treatment methods within my practice.

Tracy B Grossman MD MSc is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and Director of the Advanced Women's Imaging and Prenatal Testing Center at New York-Presbyterian- Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. She is also an assistant professor of clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.Along with a passion for ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis, Dr. Grossman is also very interested in neurologic disorders in pregnancy, such as seizure disorders, migraine, and multiple sclerosis. She has written a book chapter for a neurology textbook focusing on multiple sclerosis in pregnant women, has authored many papers about migraine in pregnancy, and is an active member of the American Headache Society's First Contact Headache in Primary Care committee. Her expertise includes obstetric ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis, including procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS) as well as gynecologic ultrasounds and saline infusion sonography (SIS). Dr Grossman also performs termination of pregnancy procedures through the second trimester and is passionate about providing support for women considering termination, as well as education for medical trainees seeking to learn about termination of pregnancy. After graduating from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida, Dr. Grossman completed a Master's Degree in Neuroscience at Columbia University in New York, New York and then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Julianne Lauring is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She graduated from Boston University and received her M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.She was the Associate Residency Program Director for OB/GYN at Umass Chan Medical school from 2018 to 2020. She was awarded the faculty teaching award at Umass Memorial Health in 2019. She assumed the role of Maternity Center Medical Director at Umass Memorial Health in 2020. During her time, she implemented a significant number of quality improvement projects that improved patient care and patient experience.She is excited to join the team at Weill Cornell Medicine to continue the ongoing work. She is particularly interested in improving the ways we provide care while also enhancing the patient experience and reducing health disparities.
