Dr. Haffey received his BA in Literature and Literary Studies in University of Colorado in 2002. He then obtained his DO degree in West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed his internship at Stony Brook Medicine-Southampton Hospital, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia/Cornell in 2020. Dr. Townsend is a former dancer who spent 6 years performing professionally and teaching dance prior to earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Hana Azizi, MD, is an assistant professor in rehabilitation medicine at Columbia University Medical Center's Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Hana Azizi graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center. She then pursued a fellowship training in Pediatric Rehabilitation at Rusk Rehabilitation Institute/New York University Langone Health. She works with children and their families using an interdisciplinary approach to address the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of congenital and childhood-onset physical impairments. Dr. Stanley Guillaume is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine who is dual board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He specializes in providing comprehensive non-operative musculoskeletal care for acute and chronic conditions such as joint pains, tendinopathies, and fractures as well as treatments for a variety of spinal and neurological conditions, including back pain and nerve injuries. He also serves as one of the head team physicians for New York Rugby Club Women's Premier League team and participates as a physician for St. Johns University athletes in Queens, New York.Dr. Guillaume received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He then attended Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to earn his medical degree. He concurrently obtained his Master's in Public Health (MPH) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where he was sponsored by the National Institute of Health (NIH) under the TL1 Trainee Award by the Predoctoral Clinical Research Training Program. He then completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University, McGaw Medical Center/Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly known as the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago), where he won the Sarah Baskin Award for Best Fellow Research.He also completed the Global Health Scholar Curriculum.
