Dr. Swami completed her fellowship in Cardiology at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. She is Board Certified in Cardiology. Dr. Vaishali Swami is the first Board Certified female Cardiologist in Horry County and she has been part of our local medical community since 1995. She and her husband, Dr. David Bjerken enjoy walking on the beach, travel and family time.
