Dr. Vaughan's focus, he says, is on forming partnerships with patients who share the goal of treating their urological problems and improving quality of life. Originally from Kentucky, Dr. Vaughan earned his BS at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, and his MD at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He then completed his internship and Urology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Vaughan is a board certified Urologist with specialty training including minimally invasive surgery/laparoscopy, oncology, stone disease, vasectomy and vasectomy reversals, reconstruction and prosthetics. He performs robotic surgery in adults for procedures involving the kidney, bladder and prostate. Dr. Vaughan is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and the Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association (SESAUA). Outside of work, he enjoys boating, exercising, watching sports (especially college football), and spending time with his family. Dr. Vaughan will see patients at our North Davis location and in Gulf Breeze.
