I like allowing women to do things as naturally as they want and then, as interventions are needed, we can step things up appropriately. Along with his practice, Dr. Merrell specializes in suicide prevention. He's a former member of a suicide prevention committee and taskforce, and he's also presented at Utah's Zero Suicide Summit. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Merrell fuels his love for music by singing, playing piano, and performing in community musical productions. He and his wife are the parents of two children and one on the way. Dr. Merrell is also fluent in Spanish.
