Dhanur Damodar, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with specialty experience in sports medicine. Dr. Damodar ensures that his patients receive the best, most effective treatment, even if that means nonsurgical care. He is a clinician and physician first, and his philosophy is to try non-operative treatments in any situation where they can be effective. If a patient requires surgery, he strives to set appropriate expectations and focus on pre- and postoperative education. Having taken care of patients at the high school, collegiate and professional levels, Dr. Damodar understands how to manage the needs of high level athletes as well as the weekend warrior/busy parent looking to stay active. In addition, having experienced orthopedic injuries himself as well as with family members, he understands the challenges faced by caretakers and loved ones. Dr. Damodar is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America and American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He serves on a reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy and Arthroscopic Related Surgery Journal, and he has provided sports medicine team coverage for the Portland Trailblazers, Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox, among others.

William Callahan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. He specializes in primary care sports medicine and non-operative orthopedics including care of acute and overuse injuries as well as osteoarthritis, tendinopathy and other degenerative musculoskeletal conditions. He has experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound including selected ultrasound-guided injections and procedures including Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and corticosteroid injection. _x000D_ Dr. Callahan sees himself as a coach, educating and actively involving his patients in their care, and organizing the extended team of providers who may offer additional assistance, such as physical therapists or orthopedic surgeons. _x000D_ Dr. Callahan is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. _x000D_ Outside of medicine he enjoys running, skiing, mountain biking, camping, barbecuing, gardening and spending time with his wife and their two great kids.

Mathew Nicholls, MD, PhD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in conditions of the hip, knee and shoulder as well as fractures. _x000D_ Dr. Nicholls enjoys the opportunity to make someone's life better and help them achieve their mobility goals though both surgical and non-surgical interventions. His goals are to increase motion and function, and eliminate pain.
