Despite arriving 15 minutes early and completing all pre-appointment paperwork online days before my appointment, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen, then an additional 30 minutes in the exam room with no attention from staff after a brief initial instruction. This demonstrated a clear disregard for my time – I spent 1 hour and 14 minutes at the office with less than 3 minutes of staff interaction. I cancelled my appointment and will seek care elsewhere, as Tennessee River Dermatology did not reciprocate my respect for their time by valuing mine.While Forefront Dermatology offered to reschedule my appointment, this doesn't address the significant time I wasted due to issues with my previous visit. I'm disappointed they haven't acknowledged or apologized for that lost time, nor explained what went wrong or how they'll prevent it from happening again. Their customer feels purely performative – the complaint form on their website appears designed for appearances rather than resolution.
