Horrible Insurance Billing Department
Whoever files their insurance claims needs replaced. Hospital used this pathology group for breast biopsy once in 2020 and more recently in 2023. Each time claims were either filed with wrong codes, incomplete codes or missing codes. Instead of using insurance information provided they picked up information from eight years ago! Latest visit resulted in two calls and finally having current insurance provider intervening! Pathology group may be good but their staff is the worse.
