pay out of pocket
i have been a pt for 3 years, I love Dr Harrel and would have been happy to continue seeing him, but this year the office booked my apointment 10 days earlier than my last visit and I now get to pay out of pocket for the visit. When i call i get the run around, people don't return your calls and the billing department lies and tries to tell you the scheduling dept can't see your last appointment. (I confirmed when i canceled next appointments they can see the appointment and just didn't care) Please educate yourself about the loop holes of your insurance because this office is no longer helping you!
