I finally found a Dentist in Huntsville that I was comfortable with, who, I thought, understood my needs. After having several bad experiences with other Dentists previously, I came to Dr. Brooks with great expectations after talking with some of his staff. After my third visit, I was told that they were NOT going to be able to accommodate me and my insurance, that they are no longer accepting Delta Dental new-patients, I had been to him three times for Root Canal and crown. His staff out right LIED to me, with a smile on her face, if you did not want me as a patient, then you should have told me upfront, so that I could have found another dentist that would be willing to work with me, rather than say you are no longer accepting new patients with Delta Dental. Yes, I was uncomfortable initially, and I explained my past experiences to the staff and Dr. Brooks, but that didn't matter in the long run. If you DON'T want to be lied to by his staff, then find another dentist.
