I was there on January 10th 2022, I was very sick and was complaining about hurting when I breathe. They have my records and know my health history. I was tested for COVID but wasn’t tested correctly. They put 2q tips barely in one side of my nose and it was barely past the opening from outside my nose. The test was done incorrectly, therefore came out negative. I never received a chest X-ray to make sure I did not have pneumonia again , it was only a few weeks before that I did have it. So I called my internal medical dr due to the fact I wasn’t getting any better. I was tested again after that day and tested positive for COVID. So I still was not getting better since I still was having shortness of breath and hurting to breathe. I talked to my drs office again. I was told to get a chest X-ray. When the nurse finally did my triage I told her what was going on she was very rude and unprofessional. I told her the blood pressure cup was hurting. She didn’t stop it. There is more.
