My sixteen-year-old daughter and I had an appointment with this provider after being referred by our primary care physician. Following our appointments, we received a bill, which was supposed to be covered by TRICARE. I called the office and was informed that they would take care of refiling the claim, and assured me that no balance was due with an apology that this “shouldn’t be happening”. A couple of weeks later, I started receiving bills again. I attempted to contact the office NUMEROUS times, with no answer. Each time I called I left a message asking someone to return my call to discuss the billing issue. NO return calls.Go see the Better Business Bureau for full review. They have a C+ rating
