I was hospitalized on 3/12/2021 with a stroke and when I called to notify my physician of my situation, I was told by the nurse that he would call me back within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I NEVER got that callback from Dr. Moore and I quickly found a new doctor with no regrets. Heard from the practice for the first time today via email (8/5/2022) which prompted this review.

First I would like to start off by saying I have absolutely nothing against Dr. Elrod. However this clinic is an organized mess that lacks compassion. Information is not conveyed tto the Physician correctly. Dr. Elrod‘s MA, Patricia I believe to be her name because she never introduced herself on multiple visits stating who she is she just tells you follow me rude pass rude past unprofessional. They don’t believe in follow ups, every time upon leaving I’ll let the person that collect the paperwork know I need to follow up. I’m told they will follow up with you and when I talk to the staff or to the so-called nurses I’m told that’s your responsibility. I have been told ,they do not do PAs which is prior approval for highly expensive medication, they do not call you to let you know what your lab results are in. Been told it my business to learn the portal and look it up yourself. Now take in mine I am a RN 30 years and my Guy is a MD 35+ years.I was lucky to be blessed to find a physi
