Won’t be going back

Waited an hour and a half for my apt. Dr only came in after I found a nurse to ask if I’d been forgotten. Dr was in there 10 minutes at most. Did blood work. It’s been over a week now, I’ve called asking for results-Dr was in surgery the day I called. They thought she’d call me the next day- well no. I look at what they billed ins., says Dr was with me 45 minutes. Not hardly. I should be sending them a bill for my time.

I have not visited this clinic because they will not answer their phones. I have called three separate times and even left a very detailed message right after they opened. I still have not gotten a reply. I would not recommend this office to anyone that I know because they do not answer their phones or care to get back to patients. Do they not even have a receptionist? That's very low of a doctor's office. I guess they do not want any business!
