10/1 update to the below, it has been 9 days since my exam, my breast still hurts. I will be filing an official complaint.9/27/2023I have been using the Breast Center for years. I even drive from Little Rock because it has been worth the drive, up til my last exam. The girls up front were nice, one extremely slow. The other girl checked in 3-4 while this one just took her sweet time.I am writing this review to bring light to my recent occurrence and to remind others that if you had a similar, negative experience during your exam, step up and say something, this exam was not normal, in any way.The tech uncovered both breast, exposing both at same time, and tech made me stay that way. Other techs typically uncover just one breast while they image. Nope, not this tech, she had to uncover both. Why have the patient wear the cape?Secondly, 80% of the images, the tech came in from my back side, taking both of her arms over my shoulders to grab my breast.See Google review under LSV
