CHI St Vincent Hosptl Emergency

WE went there today after going to an urgent care center. My husband was diagnosed with CO-Vid and had an elevated blood pressure(over 180). He sat there for over 4 hours without being seen. I sat in the parking lot and saw at least 5 people walk out complaining about the long wait and not being seen. When I asked about how long the wait would be they would not give me an answer. My husband has never had high blood pressure, he was sick and 4 hours was about his limit to sit. This is totally unacceptable. I do not know if you will find my husbands name anywhere, I gave it to the desk when I took him in, with his date of birth, but he says he says he never filled out any paperwork. No paperwork after sitting 4 hours, what great procedures and processes you must have.
