CHI St. Vincent Primary Care - Hot Springs-270 West

I am writing to convey my disappointment with the Chi Clinic on Albert Pike. As a patient, I was required to make an appointment to obtain medication refills. When I was struggling with breathing and sleep, I reached out to Baptist, but insurance restrictions forced me to return to Chi. However, they refused to refill my medication, citing my temporary use of another clinic. This decision demonstrates a concerning focus on financial gain over patient care. I had scheduled an appointment with Chi, but they still refused to provide necessary treatment. My requirements included medication refills and an ear examination due to equilibrium problems, which were neglected. While I understand, I should have not used my old clinic, I had no choice because I was unable to make an appointment with CHI then and they refused to give me 1 refill until I could come in. So I got 1 refill to hold me from baptist and made an appointment with CHI. I was basically told to dont bother, i was no longer welc
