Disorganized and unresponsive

Failed to inform a new patient that their appointment was in another CITY rather than the main office at 11501 Huron Lane in Little Rock. When I called to inquire about the issue, I was supposed to be referred to office manager 'Becca', but instead after 2 minutes on hold I was transferred to the intake queue. When I called back to get a direct number to the office in the other city, the IVR said the Operator was not available. If you go here, prepare to be ignored and frustrated.
