The most unprofessional MD office I have ever seen in my life. His wife aka “nurse” is straight up miserable and the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not ever book appt w/ this practice. They took me in. Did vitals. Took BP. Took one X-ray w/o asking for prior med history or symptom. In the middle of the XR. His wife who is just plain awful. The rudest woman I’ve meet in LRC since moving here in 2015. She came in and told the sweet other nurse to stop bc “he won’t be treating her”. I was so confused. No explanation was given other than his truly unprofessional wife. I asked if I said something. She said no. Gave no further info other than “He said he can’t read you and that’s all I have to tell you. I was BLOWN! SHAME ON YOU DR HEARNE & YOUR WIFE. She IS SO MISERABLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SEEMS MORA LIABILITY. I CANT IMAGINE MANY ORHERS TREATED LIKE THIS. I TRULY FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!
