Approx 2-3 months ago, I called your office and left message requesting a call back. Some 3 weeks after that I left message by the email offered on the site. That did elicit a response from office personnel days later but it was not to my expectations as a patient. I was told of an upcoming appointment at that time but after waiting and still experiencing pain related issues I called the VA to inquire. What I learned today was that the authorization for care expired; it expired after that phone call with office personnel, apparently the appointment was just canceled by the office. I never received a phone call, text or email notification and I was still waiting for a call from clinical staff. I was told during previous appointments to call if there was a problem or if I reconsidered treatment options discussed. My medication ran out. This is apparent to me that I wasn’t considered with any concern as a patient by staff there. I’ve made the VA aware of the inattentive and unavailability
