Appointment rescheduled 2 times
Our appointment was scheduled for April 19th and was rescheduled for May 22nd. The May 22nd appointment they called to reschedule a week and 2 days before the appointment when we already had those days scheduled to be off. They wanted to reschedule it to sometime in July not giving a specific date. This is unacceptable to get our child tested. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for a place that respects their patients. Both times when told the reason for rescheduling was the doctor would not be in. How do they not know when the doctor would be there when scheduling these appointments.
