My PCP retired at the end of the year. Wanted to try hometown doctor so I went to MANA-PG. Got paperwork for new patients in Nov. Completed in 2 days. Was told it would be reviewed and I would receive a call. Two weeks later told I was approved and assigned doctor. Two months later experienced severe, mobility limiting pain in foot and requested appt by text. Received confirmation but got a call later saying since I was new patient it would be 2 weeks and was referred to their UC clinic in Fayetteville. Went there only to be told I would need to see PG doctor first. Voiced my frustration to MANA-PG and was told basically 'Sorry' without resolution. Went to another vendor and X-ray revealed surgery would be needed. MANA - PG may be good for minor treatments, but cannot recommend for more serious services.
