My 6 year old has been diagnosed with ADHD and we wanted to try a new doctor to get the help we all needed to navigate this together. I’ve heard great things about Harvey Pediatrics and thought it was a great start…. First we walked in there and my 3 year old was asked to mask to which we did try and get him to wear one but he refused. In the actual appointment room the doctor made me hold my 3 year old down and cover his face and nose with the mask all while he screamed the entire appointment. If the mask was below his nose she would get onto us. So we sat in the office for the entire hour long appointment trying to hold him down and force a mask over his nose while he screamed and fought me. Then for the actual conversation with the doctor (mind you with a screaming 3 year old) went horribly wrong. I let her know me and Dad were not comfortable moving forward with medication for ADHD, we just wanted some tools as parents to help us help him with his behavior and a note for the sc
