Rodrigo Cid, PA is an awesome provider. He is very thorough and patient, he does not rush through appointments and listens to you. I would recommend Rodrigo Cid, PA to anyone. Unfortunately, his nurses, Bree and Amber are extremely rude, act so inconvenienced, and Bree lies to you about insurance paperwork. She'll tell you your insurance denied an auth request and says she has the denial letter. I asked to see the denial letter for the denial reason and asked her to appeal the denial. She stared at me looking shocked that I asked for the letter and to appeal. Yes, I know insurance. SURPRISE! Bree said she would get the letter and when she came back in the room she didn't say anything about the letter so I asked again and she said she couldn't find it. Well duh, that is because my insurance did not issue a denial on anything. Cid, PA's nurses never submitted the request and if they did, they didn't do it right. I had to go to Sara, the referral coordinator to get the problem fixed.
