Flagstaff Bone & Joint

Treatment was fine, quick, explained everything. I was to pick up a prescription 1 mile away. I left the clinic at 9:45. Got a phone call at 11:20 to confirm my zip code for the prescription, before it could be sent to the pharmacy. Tried to pick it up, the pharmacy had no record of it. Went back to clinic at 12:30 to get a paper copy. Told the script had mistakenly not be sent. Wouldn’t give us a paper copy and said to go back to the pharmacy. Went back, pharmacy closed 1-2 for lunch. Waited until 2, found out at 2:30 they still hadn’t received the prescription from the clinic. Went back to the clinic and finally got the prescription paper (not filled yet). So my broken ankle has been sitting with pressure on it from the appointment at 8:30 until 3 so far. Just realised the prescription says Fry’s Pharmacy so we have to turn around from heading to Williams pharmacy and go back to Fry’s. What a waste of hours because several people couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs and then lied to
