Bottom line: this practice is extremely poorly managed. Like the saying goes, “the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.” Constant miscommunication between providers, staff, and patients. Scheduling will tell patients one thing, providers say the complete opposite. The check-in process is unnecessarily slow, they refused to have more than one “window” open despite there being several employees just standing behind the desk talking while a line of people were waiting. None of the staff or providers seem to know what services they do and do not offer, or what insurances are accepted for those services. They have an on-site lab (LabCorp), but I was told I couldn’t have my lab work done “in-house” because LabCorp doesn’t accept my insurance (which they absolutely do). I was also referred out to a 3rd party imaging service for a mammogram, then texted by the provider several days after my appointment to say that I actually could get my mammogram at their facility after all.

I didn't even get to see anyone. I had an emergency and called to let them know I was late and almost there. I was approx. 5 minutes past the 10-minute window and turned away. I would recommend finding another practice who cares more about not just their time, but yours as well.
