Terrible staff
The staff here is terrible. I had a prior authorization that the Doctor approved but otherwise took months to get the correct paperwork to insurance via the staff. They are rude and unhelpful. the doctors are good, but the staff makes it not worth it.

Incompetent staff
The staff is incompetent in basic things such as lab requisitions And sending prescriptions. Basic things that staff working In an endocrinology office should know. When I called the office to inform them of the mistakes they’ve made on several occasions in regards to prescribe medication and lab work. I have never been able to get Someone on the phone takes at least a week to hear back from anybody. If you prioritize your health and expect responses from people you trust with with your healthcare, choose a different office

Great Dr
He knows his specialty. Not the most talkative, but I would rather have a Dr with knowledge then a Dr. that entertaining me. Been his patient for 10 plus years.

Terrible experience!
By far the worst experience that I have had at a doctor's office in my life. Total waste of time and money. Neither the nurse practitioner, nor Dr. Brard, understand Hashimoto's at all. They did not even look at T3 uptake or antibody levels and didn't consider temperature or pulse rate throughout the day. Completely incompetent!! They added things to my summary report to my primary care physician that were never discussed and they also had incorrect data listed.

Been coming for years
Dr shadmany has been my endocrinologist for many years. He is easy to talk to and we discuss my need and he listens to me. I am an RN with type1 diabetes and Graves’ disease and both have been managed well. I have my own opinions and dr shadmany or his NP listen and we decide on treatment plans together. Only complaint would be problems with front office bit they have been much better lately.

Nobody answers the phone, calls back, or answers my portal questions. You have to go sit in an office and wait for someone to help you.
