Central Phoenix Women's Healthcare

I have been attending Central Phx Women's Healthcare for 30 years. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Spieker, Dr Hahn, and the nurse practitioner, Whitney are amazing. They truly care and listen to you. I highly recommend these ladies.

Dr. Gibson was great, but everything else about this practice is just bad, especially Mary, the office manager. I had two well-woman exams (one in '20 & another in '21). There was no problem with the billing for the 2020 visit. It was correctly coded, treated as a preventative service, & completely paid for by my insurance. Although I received the EXACT same services during my '21 visit, I was billed the same amounts as my '20 visit, EXCEPT there was an erroneous $101 charge this time that my insurance would not cover. I asked the office manager, Mary, why I am being charged an extra $101 in '21 for the EXACT SAME SERVICES I received in '20, she said it was because the office made a mistake on the original '20 billing & should have charged me the extra $101 for my '20 visit. This is obviously BS. The staff also failed to give me back my insurance card, lied about mailing it back to me when they found it, & forgot to forward my bloodwork to my surgeon for an upcoming surgery. FAIL!!
