Beware of this office
I am very disappointed with this dental office. The dentists are great, however, the office staff does not listen to the information they are given and they do not communicate properly. I explained every time I visited this office that my Medicare insurance plan only pays for two cleanings, one set of X-rays, and some fillings per year. I was given a price for the crowns, paid for the crowns in full and now the office is telling me I owe an additional $1200 because insurance didn't pay. How much clearer could I have been than when I told them, my dentist included, that my insurance does not cover crowns? I told them crowns weren't covered, they had my insurance information available to verify coverage and now they are trying
