Just called for an appointment and was putting on hold for almost an hour. Never get to talk to any body since being on hold. I hang up and call back again, after few minutes of ringing, the automatic answering machine stated the office is closed. The message also stated that the office is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6 pm. I was putting on hold from 10:06 am to 10:53 am on Wednesday 10/26/2021.
