Visit with Dr Rao
Initial check in was impersonal. Clerk greeted good morning without eye contact. It was observed with every incoming patient in the waiting area. Lab techs shouting out patient names - not too professional. Otherwise- service was good.

Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma
I have seen several oncologists at this location before it was C Care I have never been treated with anything but kindness. I have seen Dr. Parveez last 10 years she's an amazing clinician as well as person. I highly recommend C Care for anyone experiencing Cancer or blood disorders.

Excellent Consult
I met with Ms. Cecilia Paredes, Nurse Practitioner on January 14 2025 for a follow-up appointment consult. Ms. Paredes is very professional and competent and has excellent communication skills. Ms. Paredes reviewed my lab results and discussed my lab results in relation to my various medical conditions. I felt very satisfied that Ms. Paredes was addressing my medical conditions in such a clear and Caring manner. Five Stars.

Regular visit review
Personnel friendly and helpful. Arrived for appointment at scheduled time; was not seen for 30 minutes after that; thus scheduled time with physician was 30 minutes later. Have not been notified of date or time of procedure to be done--that require pre approval by Sante!

Lab work appointment
We went in yesterday for just lab work appointment and they had us sitting there over an hour while they tried to confirm our secondary coverage. Had they just told us that, I could have told them not to bother with the secondary coverage. By the time we left, we had been there for over 90 minutes and the lab appointment only took ten minutes.

CCare is Phenomenal
I was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2018 and thanks to the superior care of oncologist, Dr. Ravi Rao, I’m alive today. Fresno is extremely blessed to have Dr. Rao. He’s one of the smartest physicians in the entire United States. He’s willing to go the extra mile to save his patients. He’s talented, caring and up to date on his knowledge of how to treat cancer.

What really matters
Went there for the 1st time, scared and worried. EVERYONE treated me with respect and professionalism. Dr. D. Johnson 'walked' me through the process in detail, with such KINDNESS. I left the place relieved, re-assured, and ever so grateful !! I know that I will not 'walk' through this trial alone, but with an excellent team that is -most importantly- KIND.
