Awful appointment system
I was referred by my rheumatologist and spent nearly 2 months calling their god forsaken appointment line trying to secure an appointment. Each time it was a different excuse, they appointment system was down, it was back up but glitchy, they would call me back with an exact date and time. On my last attempt today, i finally speak with someone who sounds competent who reads off all of my information which they have had for months then tells me that the next available appointment is in mid April, more than 2 months away. The incompetence or poor management of this practice is atrocious. I woul d never put my care in their hands.
