mammograms

I had the most traumatic experience, I'm 57 so I know mammograms are no fun, but this was hell. It started with an almost hour wait, the receptionist was unhelpful, didn't even tell us where we should be waiting, so we sat outside the wrong room for 20 minutes. Then I went in, and the technician, Maria, was apathetic, she was aggressive and hurting me unnecessarily and when I told her to stop because the pain was unbearable, she said I need to let her do her job. She was impatient and unkind and I left with red marks and bruises the next day. Mammograms are uncomfortable in general, but it doesn't have to be this way. I will not be coming back here.
