My son was a patient here as a newborn and a doctor (Bailey) was so rude we left the office in tears. We left the practice. 15 years later I gave them a 2nd chance only to meet Dr. Pham. Such a terrible doctor. I am not sure why these providers feel so entitled and are so rude to parents but, it's despicable and heartbreaking. Your patients and their families are coming to you help not ridicule. If you disagree with something explain your position respectfully. Educating patients and parents is your job Dr. Pham.
