Horrible Front Office

Left on hold 2x for more than 10 minutes with no answer. There are at least 6 people in the front office. They don’t care.

My dad came in through a referral from a hospital, and he's dealing with stomach-related issues. Katie (not a doctor?) came in and told us there's nothing they can do (even though she's a specialist for stomach?) and told my dad "nothing they can do because he is too old." Even if that was true, you should not ever say that to a patient. Not only it's unprofessional, but it's very rude. Didn't even spend 5 minutes with her. She basically told us to leave.
